A Gold Medallist in Anthropology, Kartic has worked amongst the tribes of Paderu District of AP and the Kodavas in Coorg District of Karnataka. Kartic has been mentoring aspirants for the prestigious Civil Services and other State Public Services in India for three decades in Anthropology, and other multidisciplinary areas.
